About Us

Cambridge Stonecraft Ltd is run by a partnership of two of the most experienced stoneworkers in the field.  We use qualified, highly skilled stonemasons and provide a reliable and efficient service, which has earned us an excellent reputation.

Our experienced craftsmen have worked, or are currently working, on prestigious buildings, such as:

Westminster Abbey, Tower of London, Shuttleworth House, Ely Cathedral, Wimpole Hall, Sawston Hall, Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge University colleges (e.g. King's, Trinity, Corpus Christi, Downing, Clare, Peterhouse), as well as many local churches.

We also undertake private commissions.

We use a range of materials, but specialise in English limestones and sandstones, and work to specification.  Alternatively, we are happy to advise on design.

We have fully equipped workshops, including a 1400 mm programmable saw, capable of cutting blocks of up to 5 tonnes.

Cambridge Stonecraft is located 11 miles north of Cambridge city centre. Please feel free to contact us via telephone or email (see Contact page).
